Check your credit card statements carefully: I was charged $69.99 from this company on a credit card I no longer use. Calls to Classiccloseouts.com were not returned. Contacted Chase (card issuer), submitted a dispute, and canceled the card. I went through my credit report and everything was in order. Therefore I'd recommend:
1) dispute the charge with the card issuer, you're not responsible for the disputed amount;
2) change or cancel the account from which the account was drawn on;
3) file notice with Better Business Bureau: www.bbb.org.
Nothing will happen unless you take action. Hopefully the NY BBB will take care of this!
