Check your credit card statements carefully: I was charged $69.99 from this company on a credit card I no longer use. Calls to Classiccloseouts.com were not returned. Contacted Chase (card issuer), submitted a dispute, and canceled the card. I went through my credit report and everything was in order. Therefore I'd recommend:

1) dispute the charge with the card issuer, you're not responsible for the disputed amount;

2) change or cancel the account from which the account was drawn on;

3) file notice with Better Business Bureau: www.bbb.org.

Nothing will happen unless you take action. Hopefully the NY BBB will take care of this!

I was also recently charged $69.99 in July.I disputed it with my credit card company and the charges were reversed.

IN AUGUST, I WAS CHARGED $79.99!

I just got off the phone with my credit card company and had those charges reversed.

Then I filed a complaint with the NY Better Business Bureau...not that it will do anything except pile on the complaints the BBB has received regarding classiccloseouts.com.

I was also recently charged 69.99, I'm currently in dispute...my card was immediately cancelled as a safeguard.
